HavANa Party (pronounced Have-An-A Party) was created from my genuine love for celebrating, decorating and planning events. I’ve always been the one rearranging tables, adding “just one more detail,” staying up late perfecting a setup, and making sure everything looks perfect. What started as helping friends and family quickly turned into something bigger - and now I get to serve clients across Havana, FL, Tallahassee, and the surrounding areas as a local event planner and party rental company.

At the heart of it all, I just love making people happy and feel celebrated!

Whether you’re planning a wedding, baby shower, birthday, anniversary, corporate event, celebration of life, or an intimate dinner, I believe every celebration deserves intention. Florals and balloons are two of my favorite things to offer because they completely transform a space. I create custom balloon garlands and balloon arches and my Mom (and partner in business) creates the most beautiful floral arrangements tailored to your color palette and theme. A well-placed balloon installation can turn a simple room into a statement. The right florals can shift the entire mood. Everything designed personally, just for you.

But beyond the pretty details, what matters most to me is how you feel throughout the process. Planning can get overwhelming, and I never want my clients to feel stressed or unsure. I pride myself on clear communication, reliability, and showing up ready. When I say I’ve got it handled, I truly mean it.
